Studio Policy

Missed Lesson Policy:

• Rescheduling: Lessons missed with a 24-hour notice can be rescheduled.
• Family Vacations: Notify us two weeks in advance for family vacations lasting two weeks or longer. Missed lessons during this period are excused.
• Make-up Lessons: Missed lessons must be made up within thirty (30) days. One make-up lesson per student per month allowed.
  Teacher Cancellations: Any lesson canceled by the teacher due to illness or professional commitments will be rescheduled.

Termination of Lessons:

Notice: Thirty (30) days notice is required for lesson termination.
Refunds: No tuition refunds for lessons terminated before the end of the month.

Additional Studio Features:

Online Lesson Option: Online lessons are available upon request.
Instrument Rental: Explore our instrument rental program for students without access to their own instruments.

Performance Opportunities: Participate in studio recitals, competitions, and other performance events.
Feedback and Progress Reports: Regular feedback and progress reports will be provided to ensure your child’s musical journey is progressing positively.

Communication and Consent:

Photography and Social Media: We may capture moments during lessons or events for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish your child’s images to be used.
